Welcome to PilloVia.com! We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our orthopaedic pillows. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility
- You may return your orthopaedic pillow within 30 days of receiving your order.
 - The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
 - Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
 
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or opened pillows (unless defective).
 - Products purchased from third-party sellers (not directly from PilloVia.com).
 
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 - If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
 - Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
 
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
 - If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at support@pillovia.com.
 
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us – Email support@pillovia.com with your order number and reason for return.
 - Ship It Back – Once approved, we’ll provide a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
 - Wait for Processing – Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
 
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@pillovia.com with photos/videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.
